Jolly Bugari 

Jolly operates her own business as a licensed Lactation Specialist, Counselor, and Consultant in San Francisco, California. She is a mother who has raised three children. She completed her graduate degree in Public Health at San Francisco State University. Jolly is the President and founder/director of OTYO! (A Sigh of Relief), which was launched during the summer of 2004. 

Jolly was born and raised in rural Uganda, moving to California more than 30 years ago. As a Ugandan, she was deeply affected by the AIDS crisis in her country.  Jolly works on several fronts, improving the quality of life for Ugandans.
